Sulejmani signs professional contract

Talented youngster Valmir Sulejmani has signed a professional contract with Hannover 96 until June 30th 2017. The club have now tied the 18-year-old attacking, who made his Bundesliga debut this season and has already appeared for Germany’s U17s, on a long-term deal. “Valmir’s development is pleasing to see. We know what a fantastic prospect he is. He has already made five Bundesliga appearances despite only being born in 1996 and our assessment is that he will continue along this path,” said 96-sporing director Dirk Dufner.

Thesker and Karaman choose 96

Hannover 96 have brought in two faces from fellow Bundesliga side 1899 Hoffenheim: Centre back Stefan Thesker and striker Kenan Karaman will join Hannover on a free in the summer. 23-year-old Thesker (born April 11th 1991) has made multiple appearances for Germany’s U21s, while 20-year-old Karaman (born March 5th 1994) celebrated his Bundesliga debut in early March and is a Turkish U21 international. “We are confident that Stefan Thesker and Kenan Karaman can strengthen our squad with the education they have and the footballing fundamentals they possess. Both are ambitious to show what they can do in new surroundings,” explained Dirk Dufner.

Thesker signs until 2018

Stefan Thesker has made six Bundesliga appearances for 1899 Hoffenheim so far, two of which have come this season. Born in Ahaus, North-Rhine Westphalia, Thesker is 1.90m tall and come through the ranks at Schalke 04. Before joining Hoffenheim at the start of 2012, he played for FC Twente and Fortuna Sittard in the Netherlands. Thesker has signed a contract with the Reds until June 30th 2018.

Karaman was coached by Korkut in Hoffenheim

Karaman has been regularly used as a substitute in Hoffenheim’s recent games and has made five Bundesliga appearances so far. The 1.89m attacker was born in Stuttgart and used to play in Stuttgarter Kickers’ youth setup. He joined 1899 Hoffenheim’s U17s in summer 2011. Kenan Karaman has signed a contract with Hannover 96 until June 30th 2017. “I believe that both will develop well in our team because they bring a lot of aspects that you need to be a good Bundesliga player. On top of that, I’m of course delighted that they have both decided to continue their journey at Hannover 96,” said manager Tayfun Korkut. Thesker and Karaman are signings number two and three for the upcoming 2014/15 season.

Radlinger returns

Back in February, Hannover 96 confirmed the signing of Germany U20 international Vladimir Rankovic from FC Bayern Munich. The Reds have also decided to bring goalkeeper Samuel Radlinger back from Rapid Vienna. As a result, the loan deal has ended early after one season. “The agreement with Rapid gave us the possibility of ending the loan now. Unfortunately, Samuel hasn’t had the season that both he and we had hoped for,” explained Dirk Dufner.
