Mevlüt Erdinc loaned to Guingamp
Hannover 96 have allowed striker Mevlüt Erdinç to go out on loan to French side EA Guingamp until the end of the season. The Brittany club are currently 18th in Ligue 1.
"We trust him completely"
"With this move, we are hoping that Mevlüt will be able to better exploit his potential in a new environment and playing system. We trust him completely," said Hannover’s sports director Martin Bader. "We know he is an ambitious footballer. We hope that he will be able to work his way into the Turkey squad for the EUROs by getting some playing time in Ligue 1 and then he will come back to us even better. We will follow his progress in France closely." Former Hannover striker Jimmy Briand also currently plays at Guingamp.
