Ernst moves to Magdeburg

Sebastian Ernst will leave Hannover 96 during the winter break. The 20-year-old home-grown talent is moving to third-division side 1. FC Magdeburg and has signed a contract until June 2017.

A performer for the U23s
Sebastian Ernst, who has yet to make a first-team appearance, was received his footballing education in the youth section at Hannover 96 and made 17 appearances for Michael Krüger’s U23s this season, scoring once and providing five assists. Now the midfielder wants to help FCM in their push for promotion to the 2. Bundesliga.
