NIEMALSALLEIN

Norwegian striker Mohammed Abdellaoue has left Hannover 96 for VfB Stuttgart. The 27-year-old has signed a four year deal. We thank “Moa” for three great years at Hannover 96!

"Moa" enjoyed success at Hannover

Mohammed Abdellaoue arrived in Hanover in the August of 2010 from Norwegian side Vålrenga IF. In 103 competitive appearances, “Moa” scored 35 goals whilst enjoying success during his time at the club. In his first season he managed 10 goals, which made him the club’s second best goalscorer. In the 2011/12 season, the Norwegian international scored the equaliser against FC Sevilla to secure Hannover’s qualification for the Europa League.

Contract at Stuttgart until 2017

Although Abdellaoue played for three different clubs in his home country before his move to Germany, Stuttgart will become only his second Bundesliga team. Last season’s twelfth-placed side have secured Abdellaoue on a four-year contract until 2017. The transfer fee remains undisclosed. We’d like to thank “Moa” Abdellaoue for three great years and his wonderful goals in Hannover colours. All the best for the future!
